This 100+ year old Adobe has been languishing behind chain link fence for nine long years now, falling farther and farther into decay.  Thankfully, it has finally been purchased by a couple who plan to lovingly restore and live in it.  They were kind enough to let me inside.  Their blog about the restoration is here.
